Reference is made to that certain deed made by, James W. Morey, Jr. and Patricia C. Morey husband and wife as Grantor to Land Title Company of Grant County, Inc., as trustee, in favor of "MERS" Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, INC. Solely as nominee for Lender Mortgage Investors Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated 4/24/2004, recorded 7/15/2004, in official records of Grant County, Oregon in book/reel/volume No. at page No., fee/ file/ instrument/ microfile/ reception No. 20041886 (indicated which), covering the following described real property situated in said County and State, to-wit: APN: 3-1 13-31-26AA TL2505. Commonly known as: 636 Hillcrest Road John Day, Oregon 97845 Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligations secured by said trust deed and notice has been recorded pursuant to Section 86.735(3) of Oregon Revised Statutes: the default for which the foreclosure is made is the grantor's: Unpaid principal balance of $144,739.27 plus accrued interest plus impounds and/or advances which became due on 6/1/2005 plus late charges, and all subsequent installments of principal, interest, balloon payments, plus impounds and/or advances and late charges that become payable.
