PENDLETON – The Umatilla Forest Collaborative Group will meet from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Thursday at the forest supervisor’s office, at 72510 Coyote Road, Pendleton.

The group is developing recommendations for two projects, one on the dry forest site of the Kahler Unit, and one in the moist Thomas Creek Unit. Forest Service personnel will be on hand to offer information and answer questions. The North Fork John Day Watershed Council is co-facilitator to the group.
