PENDLETON – The Umatilla Forest Collaborative Group will be meeting at the Forest Supervisor’s Office n Pendleton at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 24.

The group, hosted by the North Fork John Day Watershed Council, is working to develop a recommendation for two projects, one on the dry forest site of the Kahler Unit and one in the moist Thomas Creek Unit.

Several agency people will be present to answer questions and provide background.
