#1 goal: Lose weight and get health.

Biggest obstacle: Sweets and not being active.

Biggest motivator: Myself, I want to prove to myself that I can do this.

#1 strategy: Eat smaller portions of healthy foods, little sweets and exercise everyday no matter what the weather.

Keeping Focused: seeing the scale and inches go down.

Secret caving: not a secret, I love sweets

Exercise I love to hate: Running, I just say NO
