Well, my running isn't progressing as fast or as well as I had hoped, but I guess it's not too bad. I don't ever "just walk" anymore...it's always a little of both and hopefully soon it'll start being more running and less walking. I'm feeling good at any rate...BP and pulse down to very good levels and muscles developing tough and hard. Yeehaw! Hopefully soon I can lose a few pounds too, to help my team's total!

See ya around town...at 7th Street, or the GUHS track, or on the way to Canyon City....
