JOHN DAY – Grant County Oregon State University Extension is offering an array of classes at this year’s Home, Garden and Outdoor Expo. 

The schedule includes:

9:30 a.m. -11:30 p.m.:

• Scrapbooking – Cost: $10 a person, limited to 10 people. Teachers: Jackie Osborne and Mikeala Donahue. 

• Beginner-to-intermediate pillowcase – Cost: $15, limited to 10 people. Bring your sewing machine; call the Extension office if you need one. Teacher: Kathy Cancilla. 

Noon -1:30 p.m.:

• May basket flower arranging – Cost: $30, limited to 10 people. Bring your own basket or choose one of Teri’s. Teacher: Teri Bowden of A Flower Shop & More. 

• Leather craft – Cost: $10, limited to 10 people.  Teacher: Linda Brown. 

2-4 p.m.:

• Cooking fresh salsa – Cost: $15, limited to 10 people. Teacher: Linda Brown 

• Fashion Revue Class – Cost: $5, limited to 10 people. Teachers: Samantha Snyder and Maxine Day.
